Key Responsibilities:
Make inbound/outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Understand customer needs & recommend suitable insurance plans
Explain policy features, benefits, premiums & T&C clearly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads & close sales
Maintain CRM records
Requirements
Eligibility:
12th Pass & Graduate Can Apply
Minimum 2 years experience in telesales/insurance sales
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Target-oriented with good negotiation skills
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
